An awesome number of followers celebration

Somehow over the last five weeks I've passed my 200 followers mark. And my 300 followers mark. And my 400 followers mark. And *coughs* my 500 followers mark. I'm not really sure what to say, other than, WOW!!!

And a HUGE thanks to all my followers for making this happen! I'd love to follow all of you, so leave a comment and I'll come a-visiting :)

To celebrate these awesomely fantastic milestones, I thought I would blatantly copy borrow the idea some of my blogging friends have had, and throw the floor over to you.

So...

Is there anything you want to know about me? Any questions you want to ask? Anything you've been wondering?

While you're pondering, have a glass of champagne!

And a cookie!

And since it's a celebration...a chocolate as well!

All-righty then. Ask away, and I shall answer *grins*

Congratulations, Rach, queen of the crusaders :)

Congrats! My question: do you set aside specific blocks of time to write, or "write on the fly" as ideas occur to you, or some combination of the two?

Theres just life said...

Congratulations on reaching your goals so fast.
Thanks for the bubbly and treats. I think I will just sit quietly in the corner and bask in your success, and ponder a meaningful question to ask.

Congratulations, Rachel! Well-deserved! And thanks for the bubbly and the cookies...no calories, right?

After a MS becomes a book, do you ever wish you'd written This or That?

Congrats! You deserve it..your blog is awesome! I hope you don't mind, but I helped myself to two cookies! They just look so good!

I know you're a YA writer, and I'm giving away an ARC of a pretty sweet book (Veronica Roth's DIVERGENT) if you want to check it out on my blog...

Congratulations!

Now there's slobber on my monitor because I can't get at those cookies and chocolate.

I'm so tipsy from drinking champers so early in the morning and so sick from stuffing myself with those gorgeous chocolates, I really can't think of any questions...except how is your writing going lately? Any time between crusading? I do hope so. I know my writing time has been severely compromised ha ha.

BTW, I made a badge for the Romance Writer Crusaders and it is in today's post as I welcome my groups.

I've gone from 300 to nearly 400 followers. Awesome.

yay! that is so cool - how totally amazing you are xx

Amazing in such a short time. I think it has something to do with math, but I'm not sure what. 50 people each tell two people, etc.
Good for you, whatever the math.

No questions, but I just want to congratulate you on the number and let you know, your little crusade has increased my followers from 18 to 169!!! Thanks, Rachael!

I really would love some champers right now! :) Choccy and cookies wouldn't go astray either.

Congrats on your 500+ followers!!

Mmmm...champagne and chocolate, and just in time for the Oscars. Thanks, Rach!

Congrats on the followers. If anyone deserves them, it's you!

Now, to the question. What song do you secretly love but won't admit it to anyone due to the humiliation it would cause? Hmmm?

And if any other romance writers want to grab the badge they're welcome!

Love the champaign of course.

I'm way behind in my crusading. But this has been fabulous idea. I'm glad to see your followers grow so much.

Have a good week Rach. Good luck with the judging. I know the ones I read were fantastic so can't imagine having to judge any.

WOO!! Way to go Rach! ☺
So, *snickers*
What do you think the ratio to blogging/writing/ and living in the 'real' world has been for you this month?
And when you first saw the numbers of Crusaders did you think "Oh Cool!" or "Oh bleep! 0.0" Lol! Maybe a little of both? ;)

Stefanie J Pristavu said...

Congrats! And thanks for all the awesome links to blogfests and stuff.
My question: Why YA? (I'm kinda asking that myself :p)

Margo Benson said...

Wow! Well deserved congratulations. The Crusade is proving to be a very special event. Like others, I'm linked with great people, friends old and new and it's all down to you!

It's a little early for bubbly but....oh, go on then!

Ummm...question time. I always struggle with balancing blogging time, writing time, and life in general. Any tips?

And...for you, is blogging a means to an end or a pleasurable end in itself?

Congratulations!!! You deserve it.

How cool! Congrats! It is well deserved? I also wonder how you're managing to juggle it all...all us multi-taskers need to know :-)

Congratulations, on the 500 followers Rach! A well-deserved reward for all your work on the Crusade. Speaking of which, how did you come up with the idea for the Crusade?

Congratulations on all your new followers. I passed the 200 mark without even noticing it happened so quickly. So now my contest will be for 300. I have a small way to go yet. So I think I have time to organize it. The Champs, biscuits and sweets all look delicious.

My question, How much time do you devote to reading followers blogs? Blog time management hints please!
