  2. From T.B. McKenzie at Magickless: I finished my fantasy map! and to celebrate I'm giving away a signed copy to the person who can write the best 150 word descriptions of one of the places on the map. Check it out here.

Readers and writers alike are invited to share where and how they first met with her work. Andre Norton was my introduction to fantasy and science fiction. I recently found out the same is true for my daughter and that we share a similar high school experience, albeit 30 years apart. I thought this might be an interesting first blog event for me. There are no rules, no prizes, no deadlines; just a chance to share what I suspect to be a common experience. Check it out here.

Overwhelming. I can barely skim all the blogs I'm following now and I'm pretty sure everyone else is too busy to visit mine. (I got 29 comments on the entry with the campaign challenge in it but only a few or zero on subsequent entries). I want to pick a few favourite blogs to visit, but each one is great, and leads me to other great blogs. I really should be writing!
