I'm happy to be participating again. I said "no" right now for helping out. But if it turns out my day job isn't so demanding, I'll let you know.

Looking forward to participating! Thanks, Rach!

I've joined and I'd love to help out. I put down I could judge entries, but not until after the first of October (I have a lot on my plate for the next month!) Let me know if this would work out at all.

I am more than happy to judge, but I'm too new at this to feel confident about doing anything else.

I'll help. Just tell me what to do.

Also meant to say that my publisher just sent me a few ARCs and I'm happy to donate a couple for prizes if that helps.

Many thanks for this. Would love to help out more but other community commitments mean I really shouldn't! Maybe next time ...

So excited and happy to help out with the challenges! I put I would help with two as I am not available on 5th September... Thanks for organising!

Tyrean Martinson said...

I'm excited about participating. Maybe next round I can help - I'm a little extra blessed with busy-ness at the moment.

Debra Erfert said...

I'd like to help out with the one in October, but September is really tight for me, and taking on your challenge made it that much tighter, like any good challenge should.

I'm in!

I'm excited to actually participate this time around! :)

Thank you for running this campaign. I am excited to be a part of it. I am so new at this I won't be volunteering at this time. But, I will learn what I can to hopefully volunteer for the next campaign.

This is my first time campaigning so I'm a little nervous! Should be fun and I'm happy to be a part of everything.

I am really excited about this but trying to come up for air so I don't miss doing something I should. So much to take in, but so exciting!

Woo that was an intense sign-up process!

Here's the link to my blog post and I'm looking forward to judging a challenge, though I have no idea what they entail :)

I'm new to this and I'm so excited I probably signed up for the most demanding thing...but I'm ready to give this everything I can.

Yay!

I'm having trouble knowing if the form I completed actually "saved". I don't see the "submit" button.

Anne-Mhairi Simpson said...

Phew, long form :D Took me a minute to realise there was a scroll bar and I had to scroll down to finish the form and submit!

Alica McKenna Johnson said...

Sorry I had to say no to helping this time around. Hopefully next time I will be able to help more.

Joanna said...

Excited and scared :)

Great idea! Let me know how I can help.

Cortney Pearson said...

Looking forward to this! What a great idea! Thanks so much.

I fell like such a lame-wad saying "Sorry, can't help!" I could give you a list of excuses, but this really isn't a good time for me, but I would REALLY love to help down the road. If you get in a bind, or don't get enough volunteers, please let me know. In 30 days my life will become less complicated.
Thanks!
Rachel

I can't tell you how excited I am about this. Getting to work with authors as a group is an amazing way to learn and grow blogs.

This sounds fantastic! Can't wait to jump right in : )

I joined and I'm really looking forward to this! I'm sorry I can't help more with this campaign, but may be able to in the future. I have a full-time job and teach adult literacy, too. I'm trying to create more readers :)

Filled out form, but where do I hit a submit button? Not seeing it.

Anonymous said...

Thanks for doing this. Great idea.

I signed up yesterday and am interested to see where all this will lead. I'm worried about time, though -- unless I can convince my clone to help!

I had to say "no, sorry" to helping out (sorry), and I'm at Dragon*Con in Atlanta this weekend so the September 5th challenge is looking a bit dodgy as well! But after that... :-)

However , I did offer the first three books in my MG/YA fantasy series as a giveaway. (I published the fourth yesterday.)

Just curious, but how many of you prefer ebooks to printed editions, generally speaking? I can offer either (and I'll pay for shipping in the USA) but I'm just asking out of curiosity. How far has the electronic vs. printed pendulum swung among you all?

There was a time not so long ago that I scoffed about ebook publishing, recognizing its place in the market but vowing it'll never be for me. Now I love it and almost wish I didn't have to deal with printed editions!

Nadine Feldman said...

Ah, when form isn't working, go to another computer! It worked this time.

Pamela Mason said...

Hi! I filled out the form earlier today, but I just posted my blog on the campaign here: http://writermason.blogspot.com/2011/08/platform-shoes-train-platforms-writers.html

Thanks for the opportunity!

I filled out the form and now theres NO submit button!!! I am so frustrated, I guess I am just not supposed to do this this year! I dont have another computer to do this on, I blogged about joining and everything.

Samantha Stacia said...

ok,I found what it was, theres this LITTLE TINY bar on the side of the form itself you must scroll with-I only hope that i get in since by the time i saw it it was past midnight of the 30th and the thing didnt close when it turned midnight to the 31st! We will see, Im just no good at this stuff!

Zee said...

I definitely want to participate. This sounds like so much fun. Count me in!

I would like to help but think I'd better learn how the Campaign works before volunteering. Thanks.

PaulaSJwriter said...

I have a question about the notice board. Where is it? Does it disappear after Friday?

Thanks!

Rachael Harrie said...

Hi Paula, no it's still there. The form is in the blog post below this one.

Hugs,

Rach
